By accessing and utilizing the web-based tools provided at Playlist Master Studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must cease using the application immediately.

2. Use License & Media Ownership

Playlist Master Studio acts strictly as an automated processing utility.

• User Content: You retain 100% ownership and copyright of any source audio files you import and any mastered output files you export. We do not claim any copyright, royalty, or license on your output files.
• Copyright Compliance: You represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to process, edit, and publish the audio files you import. Playlist Master Studio does not verify the copyright status of uploaded files.
• Illegal Usage: You agree not to use the tool to process copyrighted music without authorization, illegal recordings, or materials that violate intellectual property rights.

3. Local Processing & Device Limits

You acknowledge that all audio processing is done locally in your browser. Processing speed, audio rendering stability, and video export quality are highly dependent on your device performance, CPU capabilities, memory capacity (RAM), and browser vendor support. We are not responsible for browser crashes, system freezes, or media encoding failures due to hardware limitations.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Playlist Master Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• That the audio mastering quality, LUFS estimates, or True Peak values will meet your expectations or be 100% mathematically exact on all devices.
• That files created using this tool will be approved, monetized, or ranked favorably on YouTube, Spotify, TikTok, or other media platforms.
• That the service will run uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Playlist Master Studio, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use this web utility.

6. Advertisements

Playlist Master Studio may display third-party advertisements, including ads served by Google AdSense. Advertisement content, availability, targeting, and placement may vary depending on user region, browser settings, consent choices, and Google’s advertising systems. Playlist Master Studio does not directly control every ad that may appear through third-party advertising networks. 7. Service Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, optimize, update, or temporarily/permanently disable this application or any part of its features at any time without prior notice. We recommend keeping backups of all original source files on your device.
